COBBLER AND PIE CRUST SUGGESTIONS
Cook
apples with spices, make paste with cornstarch and make juice
thick. Make or buy pie shells and put them on cookie sheets.
Use white sugar and use cinnamon on the shells. Bake on high
and let cool off. Put apples in container. Break up the pie
shell and add to cobbler and add. Use foil around edges of pie
shell to make flaky shell.
