SESAME NOODLES

oz. dried linguini noodles

cup of soy sauce

¼
cup rice wine vinegar

teaspoons water

tablespoon granulated sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoons minced, fresh ginger

teaspoon minced garlic

teaspoons peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

teaspoon of hot chili oil
Boil
12 oz. Linguini. Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
NOODLES
Boil
noodles. Add extra virgin olive oil (*optional* add garlic or
almonds) and parmesan cheese. Add walnut paste. Add freshly
boiled asparagus (You can cook with pasta if desirable-five
minutes before noodles are finished. Best suggestion is to peel
or cut them).
Walnut Paste
Finely
chop walnuts, whole or halves and place them through a meat
grinder until they become of a powdery consistency.
SIDE DISH OR MAIN PASTA DISHES

Drain pasta then add olive oil and walnuts to pan until
hot. Next, return spaghetti to the pan and sprinkle a
little cheese over it. Use a little butter if desired.

Boil egg noodles. Then add butter and parmesan cheese.

Cook pasta. Heat Albacore tuna, oil and garlic in same
pan. After mixture is cooked, pour over noodles. Add
anchovies (optional)
STUFFED MOREL MUSHROOMS

morel mushrooms
-
flour
-
milk, vegetable or chicken broth
-
gravy
-
pasta (bowties or thick pasta)
-
light or dark truffle oil
Wash
mushrooms and sauté them. Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of
flour and add a little milk, vegetable broth or chicken broth.
Add a little gravy. Serve over a hand-made pasta. Drizzle
truffle oil on top.
ITALIAN PASTA
Fix
noodles, but instead of meatballs replace with large shrimp.
Add tomato marinara sauce.
COMBINATIONS TO ADD WITH NOODLES

Tomato fettuccine with shrimp and arugula. Sauté
shrimp with the arugula and tomato sauce.

Albacore tuna fish, basil, cappers, olive oil, lemon Rhine
and black pepper.

Chicken, corn and green onion
-
Zucchini and bell peppers with bow tie noodles

Smoked mozzarella cheese

Linguini, garlic, cheese

Tomatoes, spinach, prosciutto

Butter, chopped onion, garlic, tomato sauce, water, flour, ½
cup reduced fat milk, 1/3 cup vodka salt red pepper cheese
(made into a sauce)
