Cooking, Doyle Moore, WILL Chef-in-residence
Doyle Moore’s Whole Wheat Pasta:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 heaping teaspoons gluten
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
Put above ingredients in a food processor and blend,
then slowly add ¾ cup of water to form a ball
Put dough through pasta machine at least thirteen times,
cut to desired size and let dry
Place pasta in boiling water & cook 2-4 minutes
